Sue Ferry – Principal of SMF Training Solutions brings over a decade of expertise in customer service training, leadership and personal development, communication skill building and team building.  Prior to founding SMF Training Solutions, Sue’s experience included extensive customer service / customer service training and sales management / sales training in retail, advertising and the computer peripheral industries.  As a facilitator, Sue is known for her high energy and the ability to engage participants fully in the learning process.  Sue graduated Cum Laude from Wheaton College, Norton Massachusetts.

As an expert in Customer Service Training, as well as a facilitator for Achieve Global, Vital Learning and Inscape Publishing (DiSC®), Sue Ferry and SMF Training Solutions are able to offer their customers cost effective, comprehensive training programs designed to meet the growing demands of today’s fast-paced and ever changing workplace.

Sue is an adjunct facilitator for the Community College of Rhode Island, Quinsigamond Community College and Bristol Community College.  Industry experience includes facilitation in both large and small companies in a variety of industries including education, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
